Apparel Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Size exchanges only. Note: Exchange must be of identical style and color. Size exchanges are processed after receipt of exchange
  • Client is responsible for the cost associated with return of original order
  • Personalized products are not returnable/exchangeable, this includes items with names, departments or additional imprint areas
  • We cannot accept exchanges for user generated errors, such as incorrect facility selection or misspelled personalization
  • eLead Promo cannot accept returns based on a conflict with your facility’s uniform policy
  • We cannot accept exchanges if the apparel has been worn or it has been over 30 days since you received your order
Damaged or Lost:
  • Returns are accepted if the item does not match the approved specifications
  • If an item is lost or damaged, please email support@eleadpromo.com
