Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • We will provide direction to process your return and refund. 
  • This does not apply to personalized apparel, these are final sale.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated to return.
  • Once we receive your return we will process a refund including product cost and sales tax. Shipping will not be refunded. 

We will not offer refunds for the following:

  • Personalized pieces, this includes items with names, departments or additional imprint areas
  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Orders delivered 30 or more days ago

Damage or Incorrect item:

On the rare occasion that you should receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our team. We will not only get a corrected piece on its way to you but we will also assist in shipping back the original if needed.
